To Do List

Hey guys,

As you know I have been doing a cleanse all week. It has been going great! One of the perks of juicing is mental clarity. With mental clarity my creative juices get flowing, and I am able to create cute things to share with you all.

This week I worked on a cute to-do list to get your stuff done! I hope you love it as much as I do, but that is not all! I was able to get two done, and one is for our loyal Facebook Friends!

One more thing I wanted to share. My son’s Valentines mailbox project!

It took me a while, but it was a labor of love! The second pic, shows the opening on the top.:)

What do you have planned for Valentine’s Day? Anything romantic? I would love to know what everyone is doing.

Hope you all have a wonderful and loving week! XOXO

DIY Non-Candy Valentine {Pinterest Find}

Pinterest is a fabulous place to find DIY crafts and find ideas of new DIY projects to create. I have been on a hunt this year for a DIY Non-Candy Valentine for my child’s class this year, and ran into this easy yet time consuming craft originally found on this website.

Here is what you need:

Rulers - I was able to find the rulers at a dollar store. Four for one dollar to be exact!

Construction Paper - I found red and pink construction paper in the dollar spot at Target {my favorite store in the entire universe}.

Hearts - Also found at Target, these were in the scrapbook section.

Total cost: About $10

Wow!!! I know, and are they not so darn cute!

Anyhoo, what are you planning for Valentine’s? Anything special?

Make sure to check back or like me on Facebook, I will be posting my son’s DIY Valentine mailbox soon!

Movie Organizer

Like many of you, years ago I began a dvd hoarding frenzy. Everyone had a wall at home dedicated to the infamous dvd collection. When anyone came over they would immediately check out what movies were in your collection and you would chat about how much you love them.

After a while, that wall of goodies just became a major eye sore. So you (at least I did) decided to stuff them in closets or wherever you can fit them in, but we all know how much room they actually take. The only bad thing about that solution is that you can never find a movie when you want to watch one, and you spend at least 30 minutes trying to decide what to watch…

So I came up with a plan to find the perfect Movie Organizer. I found this bad boy, at Target. It fits well over 150 DVD’s in these cool Atlantic Movie Sleeves I found on Amazon.

The sleeves are a perfect fit and I love that they are clear so you can keep the DVD cover.

I also made these cool genre tabs using washi tape and printed labels. Now when we are in the mood for a comedy, we know exactly where to look.

I just <3 my new movie organizer!! How do you organize your movie collection? Does your family have anxiety over getting rid of the plastic boxes they come in?
