You have heard it said many times before, you are what you eat.
Unfortunately for us, it’s true.
As you know I have been on a weight loss journey. I have even gone as far as to getting myself into a program to get certified as a Pilates instructor.
It has taken so much dedication, and hard work to lose just 11 pounds, but it has been so worth it.
If I had to share one secret that has really helped me in cutting down on my calorie intake, it has been writing EVERYTHING down!
So today I am offering my first of many free printable. A food journal you can print and fill out during your day. I know, I know, there is a app for that! Yes, and I actually tend to use the app sometimes too, but the truth is if I don’t place it on my fridge, I over eat. This way before I grab something from the fridge, I know how much I have eaten already! Besides, it’s cuter than your app!
