This will be my first year using these sheets myself and I am stoked!

In this pack you will find:

10 INSTANT DOWNLOAD - sheets that you can print and reprint as often as you need to.

  • Goal Planning - All your goals in one place. Personal Goals, Health and Fitness Goals, Financial Goals, Career Goals, & Spiritual Goals. Sit down and get your thoughts together, this is the start of a new you.
    goal worksheets
  • Goal Planning Action Steps - This is a worksheet you reprint as many as you need to. On this worksheet you focus on a particular goal and decide why it’s meaningful to you and the action steps you need to do to get you closer to your goal.
  • Gratitude and Positivity - Being grateful is a part of the process that gets you to your desired outcome. You not only need to be grateful of all your blessings, but you also need to get yourself into a positive mindset to get anywhere. A big problem for me is stress. I tend to stress about things that I should not necessarily be stressing about. Then I stress out about being stressed out, and that’s just wacko! This worksheet is going to be a game changer for me.

  • Vision Board - How many times have you heard that you need to visualize your goals so that all the energy you have knows where to take you. This page is going to be used a little bit different.
Vision boards are based on the law of attraction, as many say. You look for images that describe your ideal world and paste them on a page.
We however are going to make this vision board an action board. We are not going to simply visualize what it is we want in our life, but we are going to take action steps to get there.“Without execution, vision is just another word for hallucination,” Mark Hurd

So here is what I want you to do - Dream about your goals, envision how you are going to get yourself there, and make it happen!

  • Health and Fitness - Ahh the famous new year resolution everyone loves to make and not succeed at. Well this year I am going to succeed, because it is not a resolution but a goal, that I will take steps into completing. If I follow these steps the outcome will be what I have always wanted, right? RIGHT!

  • Fitness Tracker x 2 - Yup, this is how I am going to do it and this is what I am doing. I am going to make you be accountable! Two worksheets to track your health and fitness journey.
  • Weekly meal plan - This a worksheet like no other. The concept is that every day you should be eating every few hours to fire up your metabolism. This worksheet will help you visualize what you are doing right and what is getting you off track. This is your goal! You need to do it for yourself!
    Fitness meal planner
  • Financial Planning - Oh the oh so sticky subject. Don’t you just hate the word finances, it seems to have the word stress attached to it for me. lol This following year my goal is to reduce my stress levels by half, Exercise and proper nutrition will play an active role in me getting there, but these next two worksheets will help me achieve success.

That’s it. Get ready for 2014. Make your dreams come true. Plan and achieve success. Focus on what really matters to you this 2014 and make it your best year ever.

Goal Planning and Gratitude Worksheets

Goal Planning and Gratitude Worksheets

Our family is in the middle of Christmas decorating, list making, and shopping. This is definitely my favorite time of year, but before you know it, we will be ringing in the new year.

This year has been a whirlwind of firsts for me. My boys are growing up so fast and I have so much going on at the same time. A couple of days ago I began scheduling my kids dentist appointments, doctor’s appointments, and vision appointments, all for the month of January. I finally got to bust my 2014 Planner out and start filling in my appointments.

2014 planner

While filling in my appointments and stuff I have planned for January, I got to thinking about all my past years resolutions that were not kept.

You see, I like so many, have made many resolutions in my past that actually don’t make it past January.

Ooops, how’s that for honesty.

This year I am trying something new. I am no longer going to even consider a new year resolution, but I am going to start setting goals, and I have created the following worksheets to help me keep track of my thoughts, positivity, and dreams.

goal planning

I have decided to add the worksheets to my shop since I know many of you face the same dilemma every year as I do. I hope you find these goal planning and gratitude worksheets useful. These puppies will definitely be incorporated into my family binder this upcoming year!

How to fill in the Goal worksheet:

  • Set a Goal -
  • Why is this Goal meaningful to you? What makes this goal of yours, so important?
  • How are you going to accomplish your Goal? What’s the game plan?
  • What monthly steps are you going to take to accomplish your Goal? What steps do you need to accomplish monthly to get you a step closer to your goal?
  • What daily steps are you going to take to accomplish your Goal? If you do something everyday toward your goal, you are only going to be that much closer.

How to fill in the Gratitude & Positivity worksheet:

  • What are you grateful for today?
  • In what way did you use your imagination in a positive way today? You need to imagine yourself everyday in a positive way. It can be a place, a frame of mind, a feeling, etc.
  • Stress less - Do you worry about things that are out of your control? This one is a toughy for me. After I had my boys I worry about sickness, death, bills, you name it, I stress about it. I will definitely be using this portion of the worksheet daily. Maybe closer to bedtime when my brain is flooded with random thoughts.
  • Note to self - Stay positive. If you were your own best friend, what would you tell yourself to make you feel positive about life today?

I would love to know what your goals are for 2014.

Pretty Organized Personalized Desktop Wallpaper

New at the Shop : Pretty Organized Personalized Desktop Wallpaper.

Being organized isn’t always a easy task. You can find anywhere from 3 files to 20 files on my desktop on any given day. The problem with that is, that it actually makes your computer slower. I hate a slow computer. So I started looking for a solution for my problem. A wallpaper that was pretty yet offered the ability to organize your file folders. Guess what, I found very few, and they were not as cute as I hoped for.

Today, I am going share with you my solution for an organized desktop.

It is a very happy desktop. A wallpaper that you get to help me design for you.

Pretty Desktop Wallpaper

First, you get to pick the background for your wallpaper. There are 6 colors you get to pick from:

striped wallpaper

Second you get to pick your frame selection & the color of desired frame:

Last, you get to pick your font! How fun is this?!

To get started organizing your desktop, you need to create folders first. To give you an idea on how to label your folders, my folders are labeled as followed:

  • Espana (family folder)
    - family documents
    - online garage sale - Luis (child 1)
    - Giancarlo (child 2)
    - Luis Jr. (the hubby)
    - Tommy (the pet) - Isela
    :)
  • LGE (husbands work folder)
    - Receipts
    - Open Accts
    - Closed Accts
    - Paid Invoices
    - Business Documents
    - Marketing
    - Accts Receivable
    - Accts Payable
    - General Ledger
    - Sales Collected
    - Employee Record
    - Bank Records
    - Accounting
  • Sweetpapertrail (this awesome blog)
    - Working on
    - Blog Post
    - Website
    - Design
    - Business files
    - Many more!!
  • Design (my design work)

I have 4 main folders that are seen on my desktop. In each folder you will find a sub-folder. Ok, now that you have and idea, it’s time to make up your own. Make sure to “trash” all the documents and saved files you do not need to keep. Ideas for birthdays and such can be happily stored in an organized fashion on Pinterest. If you don’t have a Pinterest acccount already, I highly suggest you open one!

Once you are done organizing your desktop, It is time to make it pretty! Get your very own personalized wallpaper at the Shop!
